The following terms are applied to KY Designs’ services and also applied to all graphic design, maintenance and website design or a combination of the three unless noted otherwise.

What Information is KY Designs gathering about its visitors and how is it being used?
Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name (e.g. yahoo.com) and an IP Address (e.g. 192.168.11.222). When a visitor requests a page from within the www.kydesigns.net website, our Web Servers automatically identify and log the HTTP request that is made to our Web Server. This information reveals nothing personal about you. In fact, very little information is automatically gathered and logged. This information may include:

KY Designs will design your website from what you feel is an acceptable layout, draft and contains the content you deem acceptable. We will only upload your website once you approve the final draft which includes text, graphics, links, spelling, grammar, domain name, hosting term, logo design and all other services we provide to you.

KY Designs is in no way responsible for the domain name you choose, we have no control and are unable to change the domain name spelling once it has been registered. We will not offer a refund if the domain name is spelled wrong or has improper grammar.
website Maintenance

Website maintenance does not come standard with our design services. All maintenance fees including text, graphic or in-place scripting will carry an hourly fee of $20.00 which is due in full before the final version of the revisions are published.
Pre Design Layout

KY Designs may from time to time use a pre designed layout if it fits your needs in order to save you time and in the long run money. Even though we may use a pre designed layout, they are still highly customized to fit your needs.

At least 50% of the concluding payment is required prior to the actual design procedure can initiate, once the payment has been received, we will begin the design process. If the concluding 50% of the payment is not received when the final draft is complete, we reserve the right not to publish the website in question and will not offer reimbursement of payment for any services we have rendered to you.

We supply the amount of hours of maintenance for the price listed on each of our website maintenance plans; we will only initiate maintenance for the selected month once payment has been paid for that month, payment is due on or before the original calendar day of the month selected. If payment is not received on or before that day, we reserve the right to discontinue any further maintenance services until payment has been received and the balance has been brought up to date.
